What currency are the prices on the website?
All prices are in GBP.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. If ordered before 2pm we post orders out the same day for next day delivery. Deliveries are sent out by 24 hour service, but do depend on the courier.
Can I cancel my order i have just placed?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order, but you must cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the item is already dispatched, you will need to pay for return postage and the items must be in unused and unprogrammed condition.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply contact us by live chat or the contact us section on the website. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at adautosparks@gmail.com.
